Processing times
We aim to process your order within 2 – 5 business days. During busy periods (e.g. Christmas, Easter etc.) processing times may vary but in such circumstances we will let you know by email.
Delivery
For customers in the UK we have 2 postal options:
- Royal Mail 1st class – this normally takes 1 – 2 business days. Please note: after items have been dispatched we cannot take responsibility for any delays. You will need to contact Royal Mail directly in order to resolve the issue.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed – this guarantees your item will be delivered the next working day by 1pm. Please note: after items have been dispatched we cannot take responsibility for any delays. You will need to contact Royal Mail directly in order to resolve the issue.
For worldwide customers we use:
- Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed -this service aims to deliver within 3 – 5 working days in Europe and 5 – 7 working days for the rest of the world. Please note: after items have been dispatched we cannot take responsibility for any delays. You will need to contact Royal Mail directly in order to resolve the issue.
Returns
As all of our cutters are made to order, we cannot accept returns except where specifically agreed with us. To avoid dissapointment please be sure to check the sizes you require against the cutter dimensions listed in the product description before placing an order. If you realise you have ordered the wrong size please let us know immediately.
If you do want to return an item please contact us as soon as you receive it. If we do agree to replace the item on the grounds of it being the incorrect size you will need to cover the cost of return postage as well as postage of the replacement item.
For custom orders we will agree a size with you before printing. If you find the size incorrect on arrival we cannot accept responsibility and will not be able to offer refunds on these items. If the item arrives damaged or faulty, however, please get in touch with us immediately so we can review the case. In these circumstances we will either offer a refund or send a replacement.
